Bath Abbey

Carols around the Christmas Tree

Rotarians in Bath will be collecting for Julian House around Bath Abbey on the 3rd and 10th of December, 5.30pm to 6.30pm as part of a special community ‘Carols around the Christmas Tree’ event within the Bath Christmas market.

With well-known carols being sung by the fabulous Lucis Choir, it will be a chance for those visiting the Christmas Market as well as stall-holders to get involved with the Christmas messages of peace, fellowship and goodwill to all.

The Lucis choir will be singing by the wonderful Christmas Tree in front of the West door of Bath Abbey, adjacent to the Roman Bath and Pump Room entrance.

Rotarians from both the Rotary Club of Bath and Bathavon Rotary Club will be shaking buckets and operating card readers. All funds raised will be going to local charity, Julian House who give excellent help to those facing mental and addiction problems, many of whom continue to sleep rough even as the temperatures drop.

Join us, sing along and give what you can.

“The best to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all can hear!”
